Jesus tells us not to be anxious for anything. We also find that hope, peace, joy and love are linked together. Without sorrow, we would not know joy. Our joy is not situational - it is tied to our relationship to Jesus Christ! If you have no relationship with Jesus then you cannot have joy!

Exodus 35 - 36
Wednesday, 29 August 2018
Through Moses, God commands the people to keep the Sabbath - it is a holy day. While we are no longer under the Law, do we make time for God? God then asks Moses to take an offering - from those of a willing heart! God never just takes; He receives. In return, God equips the people to have the knowledge and skill to build the Tabernacle. God also equipped the people to be able to teach others so that they can help. The people gave so much that Moses had to "restrain" the people from bring more! Are we willing to give of ourselves so that the Master can use us to do His work!?
