Hello 4 C’s Teachers/Assistants! I have uploaded this Quarter’s curriculum for your convenience.

See the links below containing PDFs for Year 1, Quarter 2, Classes 1 and 2 (3 will be uploaded as well). Each teacher should have a copy, but feel free to use/print for your reference in reviewing and preparing for classes.

God bless you all as we Present Jesus Christ and Prepare Children with His Word!

Welcome to a new Quarter! (and a new website!)

cropped-4Cs2-512x512.pngDear Parents,

Welcome to a new Quarter of Community Chapel Children’s Church, or as we now call it “4 C’s”!

Thank you for bringing your child to learn the Word from our screened and trained teachers and assistants.  Please pray with us that we can clearly  present the Scripture to your little ones.  Be assured our prayers are with you also as you follow Him in the high calling of raising His children.

A few new items this quarter:

Scripture Memory Program has resumed with one passage per week, at the different levels for each class. We will have a reward for each student who memorizes their verses for the semester, and recognize them in the sanctuary this December. You should be receiving a verses print out, and you can find the verses posted on our website as well.

We have updated the Children’s Church Policy, and it can also be found online.

We have color hand-outs to send home with your child each week. Please look over these pages, as they are designed for you to continue interacting with the Scripture with your child throughout the week. We pray these are a help to your child’s study of the Word at home.

We have re-organized the classes slightly, and re-named them to classes 1, 2, and 3, or Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. We categorize in this way, based upon the reading/interacting comfort level of your child. We understand every child advances at a different rate, and want to respect that in our classroom structure. Please see your teacher or a coordinator if you have any questions regarding class placement.

I have been asked to oversee the children’s ministry at the Chapel. As such, I will specifically coordinate for classes 2 and 3, while Deborah Burnett will be serving to coordinate for class 1. We are here to serve you.

We will have teachers posted in each class and start receiving students 15 minutes prior to each service.  Do not hesitate to reach out to us if there is any way we can serve your child. Again, thank you for the privilege of partnering with you in bringing Jesus to your child.

This website will be used to post information like policies, announcements, worksheets, and memory verses.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me!

In His Service,

Ben Woodard / Asst Pastor
